I did feel so worried about my health before I went to the hospital. Dr Cartwright is a nice and great doctor. He took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. Although I came twice on the same day, but from his excellent treatments, I immediately felt at ease and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. All of the staff were also all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended this clinic.

I had an appointment today with Dr Cartwright and I was very impressed with his professionalism and how he explained in simple terms what the procedure I am likely to have involved, even drawing me a simple diagram to help me understand what was needed. He allowed me plenty of time to ask questions and gave me all the information I needed, definitely put my mind at ease. I would certainly recommend Dr Cartwright and am more than happy to be under his care.

I had an appointment with Rufus Cartwright on 6 March. He was both friendly and very professional and listened carefully before explaining clearly the surgery he recommended, with a helpful diagram. He was decisive and focussed on finding a solution to my longstanding and distressing symptoms. The nursing staff were also very efficient and caring during the examination. I came away from the consultation feeling I had been genuinely listened to and well cared for, and hopeful that after surgery I will be able to get back to a normal life.
